How long does it take to get my order?
Each shirt is made to order, just for you.

Processing time: usually – business days to print and pack your order.

Shipping time: typically – business days after it leaves my hands.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
Orders are printed and shipped from my print partners in the U.S.
I’m a small business, so I work with trusted print providers to help get your tees to you as quickly (and prettily) as possible.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, I can’t accept returns for:

Change of mind

Ordering the wrong size
But if there’s a problem with your order, please contact me!

Just email me at shirthappensbyjenny@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and I’ll make it right.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Please double-check the size chart on each listing before ordering.
If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, send me a message as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t gone into production yet, I’ll do my best to adjust it — but I can’t promise changes once it’s being printed.
Do you offer custom or personalized designs?
Right now, I’m focused on my own designs and collections.
If you have an idea that fits the Shirt Happens by Jenny vibe, feel free to reach out and I’ll let you know if it’s something I can take on.
My package says delivered but I don’t have it!
Sometimes packages get scanned “delivered” a little early or dropped at a neighbor’s by mistake.
Here’s what to do first:

Double-check your shipping address on the order.

Check with neighbors, your mailbox, porch, or building office.

Wait 1–2 business days to see if it shows up.
